ReplyDeleteMy wife bought me a Sapphire for Xmas. I don't want to upset her, but it is losing 2mins 43 secs per week. Can this be adjusted to be more accurate? Having to adjust the watch every week is unacceptable to me. Please advise. Thanks

ReplyDeleteI regret the problems you are encountering with your watch. Your watch should be more accurate, the accuracy tolerance for our mechanic watches is -5/+15 seconds per day.
Could you bring it to a Frédérique Constant resseler which could send it for repair in one of our service center.
