Today Alireza and a new navigator - Mister Dreier Frederique Constant retailer - drove 160 km around the wonderful Bavarian countryside. This bonus stage was an excellent opportunity to discover some beautiful highlights of south Germany such as Neuschwanstein Castle and the Forggensee - this man made lake was created in 1954, when the Lech river was dammed for the first time to create the Lechsee lake. The option of letting water in and out reduces the risk of flooding when the snow melts in the spring and regulates the flow of water over the "Power Plant Step" located downriver. The day started with some rain drops and ended with a sunny sky allowing the team to enjoy the cabriolet!
The team was delighted to drive up and down the Allgau hills with the Alps as wonderful background.
Alireza and Mister Dreier were delighted to discover the BMW Alpina factory to find out that Alpina was not only famous for BMW Tuning but also for their wine cellar.
